At Al Naqib Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because our number plates may be custom-made or personalized according to your provided details, customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please carefully verify your vehicle number and customization details before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized number plates
- Products made according to customer specifications
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Sale or clearance items, where applicable
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the next steps. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.
